Greg established Pillar Legal in 2008 and currently splits his time between our offices in San Diego, San Francisco and Shanghai.
Greg has extensive experience serving as outside general counsel to tech startups and indie game developers. In addition, he regularly advises technology companies of all sizes on their financings, investments, mergers and acquisitions, license agreements, regulatory compliance and market entry in both the U.S. and China.
Prior to founding the firm, Greg served as the general counsel for Shanda Interactive Entertainment Limited, the then leading online game company in China.
Greg also practiced in the New York, Hong Kong and Beijing offices of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
